Shipping and Returns
We strive to get your toys to you as quickly as possible. Orders over $75* (before taxes) qualify for FREE SHIPPING with the USPS, within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may incure additional shipping charges. *For your protection and ours, all orders over $100 will require a signature for delivery.*
If your order is under $75, the cost for shipping is determined at checkout depending on weight in the 48 contiguous United States. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after they are placed, with the exception of custom items. NOTE: Normal delivery for orders shipped with free shipping is 7-10 days from the day your order leaves our facility. Special orders, please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery.
*SOME ITEMS DO NOT QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING
Custom Playhouses and some Jellio furniture items do not qualify for free shipping. Please email Customer Service for shipping playhouses, or freight rates to your location. Oversized items with additional shipping charges are noted on their product page.
SHIPPING IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES
If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. Items which ship from the same location are grouped together so that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible. In the event that your order is shipped in multiple packages, you will receive tracking information for each shipment via email.
We do ship outside of the United States via USPS Priority Mail International. International shipments will incur additional shipping charges and do not qualify for free shipping on orders over $75. Payments are processed upon final approval of the order. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer/receiver. Shipping costs will be reflected at time of checkout. Please contact Customer Service and provide the shipping address for exact shipping information.
We do our best to keep every item in stock, but, there are times when popular items sell out very quickly. If an item is on back order, we will contact you via email with an approximate shipment date. At that time, you can determine whether you wish to continue with the order, or cancel the item. If you decide to cancel a backorder, you must do so within 24 hours of notification of the backorder.You may contact our customer service department prior to placing your order to check on availability if timing of shipment is a concern. All orders are charged immediately upon checkout. If you choose to cancel a backorder, a refund will be posted to your original method of payment. If you attempt to cancel a backordered item and we find that it has already shipped, please refer to our return policy for instructions.
We're not happy unless you are too. You may return items within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the unwanted item back to us using any carrier they choose that provides tracking and insurance. Gibout Toys is not responsible for packages lost in transit on their way back to us. Returned items must be unused, unopened, in their original condition and in their original packaging. No exceptions. Email us at email@example.com for a return authorization number before shipping your item back. We will not accept any returns without a RA number. Any item returned without an RA number will be shipped back to you at your expense. Return credits are issued within 24 hours once the item is received and inspected. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
NOTE: Returned items that are damaged in shipping on their way back to us, missing parts, not in the original condition, have been opened, or have obvious signs of use, or are not resellable for reasons not due to a Gibout Toys error, will only be refunded 50% of the item's price.
ITEMS RECEIVED AFTER 30 DAYS: Items received in original condition past the return window of 30 days from the date of delivery, will only receive 80% of the item's price, minus any applicable shipping charges. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
DAMAGED ITEMS: We package all of our products with care so they arrive on your doorstep snug, safe, and secure. Many items are double boxed, and we avoid selling products that are easily damaged during shipping. If an item does arrive damaged, or with parts missing, you must notify us within 30 days. We're happy to send you replacement parts as soon as possible. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 business days of purchase and we will help you facilitate the exchange. If your packages appears to have been damaged in shipping, please email us right away. We usually only have a 48-hour window to file shipping claims. If you have an issue or repair with an item after 30 days, we will provide you with the manufacturer information and suggest contacting them directly. We do not accept returns of any kind after 30 days.
RETURNING FREE SHIPPING ITEMS:
If you choose to return an undamaged item that was shipped to you for free, you will be refunded the item price, minus the shipping amount paid on your behalf, at the time of the original order. If you choose to exchange an item that was shipped via free standard shipping for another item that qualifies for free standard shipping, a standard shipping charge will be added to the exchanged item, to complete the exchange to cover our shipping costs.
Custom orders require payment in full when ordering, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
