We will respond to your email within 2 hours of receiving it, assuming it is within normal business hours. Our email customer service hours are from 8 a.m. – 10 p.m. Monday-Saturday. Our office hours are from 9-5 CST, Monday-Friday.

PRODUCT SUBMISSIONS We are always looking for unique and fabulous children's toys. If you manufacture a toy you would like us to consider adding to our website, send us an email. Sending samples may help us understand the craftsmanship and quality of your product, but are not required. Please check our website to see that your product is in a category that we currently carry before you email us.

Requirements: We do require that all submissions meet all toy safety requirements set by the CPSC. You must also show proof that your product has undergone third-party testing to ensure compliance with all U.S. toy safety standards. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
Photography: We also require you to have professional photography of your product. If you do not have professional photography at this time, you may still submit your product. If chosen, hi-resolution photography will be required before we can feature your product on our website at your expense.
