Our Original Playhouse is just the right size for your little ones. Hand-crafted and built with high-grade weather-tight exterior wooden siding, this play house will stand the test of time and create many childhood memories. Includes a kid-sized door, peephole, and a Maine cedar wooden base. Your playhouse will arrive in 7 ready to assemble panels. 4X6 Base with walls that angle out. The roof is over 6 feet tall!
These houses have been featured on Extreme Home Makeover and John & Kate + 8 on TLC. Please allow 4 week for production. Please contact us if you need your playhouse to arrive sooner and we will try to accommodate your request.

Needed for delivery:
Two adults will need to be present for offloading at delivery. You will be notified by our shipper within 24 hours of delivery. The house will arrive in an oversized crate in ready to set-up panels. Two adults can offload and assemble their house in less than 60 minutes. We are not responsible for damages or shifting of the house for improperly prepared foundations. Tools needed: Level and a screwdriver.
Assembly:
All packages come unassembled for transport purposes. Our playhouses are built with the customer in mind; each playhouse comes with everything needed for quick assembly including easy-to-use directions, a pressure-treated base, six panels, and a roof cap. Assembly is a two-person job. Assembly PDF
Returns and Cancellations:
Please note that because all orders are considered custom, our standard policy is that all sales are final. Every playhouse is fully assembled, inspected, and properly packaged before leaving our facility to ensure customer satisfaction. We cannot accept returns unless there is a serious defect in workmanship, manufacturing, or substantial damage during shipping. Even then, these issues can almost always be resolved by sending a replacement piece at our expense.
Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours after order. Because all of our playhouses are custom built, we cannot cancel orders once the production process has begun.
Shipping:
This item does not qualify for free shipping. Please email us for a quote. We will bill shipping as a separate charge once the order has shipped. All purchases include shipping insurance at no additional cost this covers loss and damage during shipping. All of our orders are carefully packaged in order to guard against damage. If you do receive a package that has been damaged during shipping, you must refuse the shipment in order for us to supply replacement parts or start the refund process. Please contact us the day the shipment is denied.
